During autumn and winter, our main works contractor Skanska Costain STRABAG joint venture (SCSJV) will be carrying out utility surveys on park Royal Road and Scrubs Lane between 21 October 2019 and February 2020. The surveys will help us understand the condition and location of utility services and help us decide how best to protect them while we are building HS2.
