News on HS2 in Old Oak

Demolition works:

From 21 June 2021 , works will commence to demolish the western section of the Heathrow Express Depot as well as a nearby substation.

These buildings are both located on the western end of the HS2 Old Oak Common Station site, close to Old Oak Common Lane. The demolition will pave the way to create access onto and over the Wycombe Line bridge for the construction activities due to commence in the satellite sites, south of Wells House Road.

Drainage surveys:

We will be carrying out drainage surveys in the Vehicle Compliance Area off Victoria Road (Area between Braitrim House and Boden). These works will take place overnight from 22 to 24 June 2021 , between 7pm and 5am.
