News on HS2 in Old Oak

From 28 June 2021 , during the Network Rail road closure we will be constructing access points to our sites on Wormwood Scrubs. The new access points will all be located on Old Oak Common Lane. We will lower sections of the footpath and install concrete slabs to protect the services in the area. The new access points will allow construction vehicles to access and exit the site compounds on Wormwood Scrubs.

Traffic Marshalls will be present on both sides of the road closure to help divert pedestrians and manage vehicle movements. We will monitor to ensure that noise does not exceed current permitted levels. In the event of a rise in noise levels, acoustic barriers will be used to reduce the noise.
