News on HS2 in Old Oak

Continuation of utility works in Atlas Road and Victoria Road until May 2021

We are continuing to lay power cables in the area for the tunnel boring machines. Phase 1 of the work in Atlas road will complete on 26 February. Further phases of the work will take place in Victoria Road from late February until May 2021. For further information please read the notification here .

Network Rail decommissioning work at the HS2 Old Oak station site between March and September 2021

Network Rail will be taking out of use their train maintenance depot to make way for the HS2 Old Oak station and so they have to modify the existing rail network at the site. Thames Water work on Stephenson Street between 10am and 12pm on 24 February 2021

Thames Water will be carrying out water quality and pressure testing on Stephenson Street on 24 February. the water supply may be interrupted during this time and Thames Water recommend taking precautionary measures such as pre-filling your kettle, and avoid using appliances such as dish washers and washing machines.
