<p>Prior to the commencement of the next phases of laying the tunnel boring machine cable ducts along Victoria Road, trial hole works need to be completed in Victoria Road at the junction of Shaftesbury Gardens.  This will last for five days and is essential so that we can assess what current utilities exists at this junction.
