Update on the Old Oak Common Depot site and hoarding installation

On 23 March 2018, HS2 undertook the first stage of possession of the Old Oak Common GWR depot site from Network Rail. The site will continue operating as a railway depot until HS2 gains possession of more of the site throughout the year. Eventually this site will be the location of the Old Oak Common Station.

To learn more about HS2's construction sites in the Old Oak area and a timeline of upcoming activities see the Find out more section.

Safety and security are a priority for HS2 and the first thing that residents will see happening on the depot site are improvements to the existing palisade fence on Old Oak Common Lane and the start of installation of a permeant timber hoarding from week commencing 9 April 2018.

Please see the attached update notice that has been delivered to nearby residents and contains a map of the area now accessible to HS2 and contractors and further details on process of installing the hoarding on Old Oak Common Lane.
