<p>The building of HS2 means construction sites and lorries have become a regular feature for local people. Noise, dust and vibration are natural concerns especially for those living very close to our sites.  We&#39;re running a virtual event for people to find out more about how HS2 monitors air quality, noise and vibration from our sites. HS2 is the new railway that will connect London to Birmingham and there will be a new Station at Old Oak Common. Find out more about what the plans are for the route as it travels through Old Oak in tunnel, how it is being constructed and what we are doing to make this less disruptive.
